Jennifer Collins is Vice President of Human Resources at OCLC, where she leads global HR strategy encompassing the full talent lifecycle, HR operations and technology, and total rewards. Since joining OCLC in 2016, she has elevanted our employee value proposition through innovated talent attraction, engagement, and retention initiatives. Prior to OCLC, she served as Director, Compensation and Benefits at Advanced Drainage Systems, and held consulting leadership roles with Carewise Health and Actuaries Northwest. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources management and organizational behavior from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
