Indy Singh is Vice President of Finance for the EMEA and APAC regions where he oversees financial strategy, planning, and operations. Since joining OCLC in 2005, he has provided financial leadership that supports the organization’s global mission and regional growth. Indy brings extensive experience in international finance, business management, and organizational development, with a focus on operational efficiency and fiscal accountability. Prior to OCLC, he held senior finance roles in both private and public sectors, contributing to business transformation and sustainable growth. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sheffield.
