Nic Grimes
Vice President of Finance, OCLC
Nic Grimes is Vice President of Finance at OCLC, where he leads financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and provides data-driven insights to business partners across the global SaaS organization. Since joining OCLC in 2016, he has driven automation, business analytics, and efficiency in financial operations and reporting. Prior to OCLC, Nic spent more than a decade at Hexion Inc., where he held finance leadership roles in the U.S. and Europe, including Finance Manager in the Netherlands and Divisional FP&A Manager in Ohio. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of South Carolina, a master’s degree in accounting and financial management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio.
