Scott Livingston-Valentine

Scott Livingston-Valentine is Vice President of Marketing at OCLC, where he leads global marketing strategy, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives to advance the organization’s mission and market growth. Since joining in 2015, he has guided the modernization of marketing operations and strengthened alignment between data insights, digital strategy, and customer experience. Before joining OCLC, Scott held senior leadership roles at other multinational software firms and began his career as an academic law librarian. Scott holds a J.D. in Taxation and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Detroit Mercy, and earned a bachelor’s degree in English and French from the University of Michigan.
