Bill Rozek
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Bill Rozek is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at OCLC, where he leads the company's financial and treasury activities. Since joining OCLC in 2015, Bill has brought extensive financial leadership experience from various industries including electronic publishing and education. Bill also oversees OCLC’s enterprise information systems. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at the Mars Agency, ProQuest Information and Learning, and Budco, Inc., after beginning his career at General Motors. Bill holds an active CPA license and earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Michigan.
