Gina Winkler is Vice President of Metadata and Digital Services at OCLC, where she leads product strategy and development for metadata and digital library solutions serving libraries worldwide. Since joining OCLC in 2022, she has advanced the organization’s digital transformation efforts through user-focused innovation and metadata modernization. Gina brings more than two decades of product leadership experience across technology and digital media sectors. Before joining OCLC, she served as Director of Product for IKE Smart City at Orange Barrel Media, Chief Product Officer at PriorAuthNow, and held senior product roles at Mutually Human and AOL. Gina earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
