Tammi Spayde is Chief Marketing Officer and Chief HR Officer at OCLC, where she oversees corporate and product marketing and strategic alignment of purpose, people, and organizational culture. Tammi led global rebranding to unify and modernize OCLC's identity. She has championed the adoption of AI into workflows across the marketing team. Under her leadership, OCLC has earned multiple "Best Place to Work in IT" recognitions. Prior to joining OCLC, she held leadership roles in the technology, construction, and healthcare sectors. Tammi has been named Executive of the Year by Business First and serves on a local non-profit Board of Directors. She earned her bachelor's degree in sociology from The Ohio State University.
