Jeff was named Chief Information Officer in May 2014. He leads OCLC’s global technology team in the development of systems and services member libraries need in today’s rich information environment. As CIO, Jeff is responsible for computer operations, software delivery, quality assurance, event monitoring and the first level of customer support for users around the world.

Jeff came to OCLC from JPMorgan Chase, where he served as Chief Technology Officer for the digital consumer businesses. There he oversaw a large global technology team responsible for infrastructure, development, quality and operations supporting multiple businesses that serve Chase’s more than 35 million online customers. His innovation team delivered the company’s first responsive and adaptive site, further enhancing the customer experience.

Prior to his experience at JPMorgan Chase, Jeff held various technology leadership positions with WellPoint, Intellitech, Exact Software, Cardinal Health and the Kroger Company.

Jeff has been active with TechColumbus entrepreneurial programs and serves on the advisory board of Capstone Innovations.
