The Gemeenschappelijk Geautomatiseerd Catalogiseersysteem (GGC) system is an automated cataloging system that makes metadata management much easier by offering a common infrastructure for cooperative cataloging. The GGC catalog offers a secure repository for bibliographic records and a real-time synchronization of (local) systems with WorldCat to display collections worldwide.
