OCLC’s Online Service Center—Enhancements and an overview of the basics
OCLC’s Online Service Center helps you to manage your OCLC account quickly and securely online. It’s simple to use—and your institution’s account can be accessed at any time at your convenience. You can review and edit the contacts and addresses for your institution, as well as link to OCLC Usage Statistics to pull reports on your library’s WorldCat, FirstSearch, Resource Sharing and Digital Collections services. Plus, any invoice that is sent to you directly from OCLC is available online, including statements that show your institution’s account activity.
We have recently added a new section to the Online Service Center that shows information about your institution’s online authorizations, the services they access and the contact information. You can sort the information by person, service or authorization number. In upcoming releases, we will offer ways to manage and update this information in the Online Service Center. Stay tuned!
