Description

Jisc and OCLC Research invite you to view this webinar recording for a demonstration how the Visitors and Residents infoKit can be used to evaluate online behaviors and address various ways of evaluating user engagement.

Watch this webinar recording to:

  • see a demonstration of the Visitors and Residents (V&R) mapping process and how to evaluate modes of current online engagement against the V&R continuum to evaluate academic services,
  • participate in a discussion of the attitudes and issues associated with online engagement,
  • explore a range of possible ways of engaging potential users and providing more resident-oriented services, and
  • identify user-centered evaluation methods for measuring the effectiveness of services.

To find out more about the Visitors and Residents approach, read our blog post, video introduction, EDUCAUSE Review Online article and podcast or project overview.

The Visitors and Residents infoKit has been developed in collaboration with the project partners Jisc, OCLC Research, University of Oxford and University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
