Top reasons for no

We encourage libraries to provide reasons for saying no to interlibrary loan requests as much as possible to provide the borrowing library with this much-needed and valuable piece of information. This list details the top reasons libraries were unable to fill requests. The report covers activity from July 2009 ("2010" column) to June 2010 and from July 2010 to December 2011 ("2011" column).
