I joined OCLC Research in 1996. Since that time, I have worked on a variety of projects, ranging from the development of OCLC's Four-Figure Cutter Tables and automated cuttering tools, to analyzing the structure and content of the World Wide Web.
My current research interests include analysis of aggregate collections, economic issues associated with information and the provision of information services, service models and frameworks for libraries, and digital preservation. I am a member of the PREMIS Editorial Committee.
