New RLG Committee and RLG Program Council Compositions Confirmed

New members have been appointed to the RLG Committee of the OCLC Board of Trustees, and new members have been elected and/or appointed to the RLG Program Council, the principal advisory group for the RLG Partnership.

Last week, the OCLC Board of Trustees affirmed Betsy Wilson (University of Washington) as the new chair of the RLG Committee, as well as the continuing terms of Elisabeth Niggemann (Die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek) and Jane Ryland (EDUCAUSE) as representatives from the Board. They are joined by Jim Neal (Columbia University), Carol Mandel (New York University) and David Zeidberg (Huntington Library) as representatives from the Program Council.

The election results of the new Program Council were announced in July, and the process of appointing senior staff from partner institutions, directors and deans to round out the roster is nearly complete.

The links below point to pages that contain the current roster as well as descriptions of the roles each group plays in supporting the work of the RLG Partnership.
