Ariadne is ten

Ariadne, the Web magazine for information professionals in archives, libraries and museums, has published its tenth-anniversary issue.

Co-founded by Lorcan Dempsey and John MacColl, the online journal focuses on digital libraries and information services, emerging technologies, and program developments.

A decade of publication is a milestone for any publication. When measured by the rate of technological change, the measure is much longer than it used to be. Kudos to our colleagues in Bath for a job well done!

We are a worldwide library cooperative, owned, governed and sustained by members since 1967. Our public purpose is a statement of commitment to each other—that we will work together to improve access to the information held in libraries around the globe, and find ways to reduce costs for libraries through collaboration.
