Dublin Core Metadata Element Set approved

The American National Standards Institute has approved the Dublin Core Metadata Element Set as a National Information Standards Organization (NISO) standard. OCLC researchers lead the groundbreaking work of Dublin Core, which is the broadest interdisciplinary effort to develop international standards for Internet resource description.
