New OCLC Research Video: "The Value of the OCLC Research Library Partnership"
DUBLIN, Ohio, USA, 7 October 2011—This six-minute video on the OCLC Research YouTube Channel features library thought leaders discussing the benefits of affiliation.
The OCLC Research Library Partnership is a new entity that replaced the RLG Partnership on 1 July 2011. It provides a unique venue where research libraries can engage with each other and with OCLC Research on shared issues.
In this video, decision makers at Partner and potential Partner institutions describe the strengths of the OCLC Research Library Partnership and how libraries benefit from participating. The video was recorded at the 2011 meeting, FutureCast: Shaping Research Libraries in a Networked Age.
