New Report: "Impact of the Google Book Settlement on Libraries," by Ricky Erway.

DUBLIN, Ohio, USA, 04 February 2009—Senior Program Officer Ricky Erway worked her way through 300+ pages of the Google Book Settlement Agreement, appendices and library-registry agreements, then summarized in this brief report the parts that she believes matter most to libraries.

Ricky also included links to significant Google Book Settlement commentary on the Public/Private Mass Digitization Agreements resource list.
