Tier 1

Printing labels, attaching labels, attaching label covers, providing record printout

Tier 2

Everything in Tier 1, plus supplying and attaching date due slips and card pockets with cards inserted, attaching library-supplied barcodes and security strips, property stamping

Tier 3

Everything listed in Tier 1 and Tier 2, plus writing the OCLC control number and/or the call number on each item, and all non-standard requests such as multiple property stamps, unique placement of labels depending on book size, etc.
