Enhancing the ILL experience: Integrated OCLC solutions from discovery to delivery

A one-hour live panel discussion with public librarians sharing practical, proven ways to build a better interlibrary loan (ILL) experience for both patrons and library staff.

You’ll learn how these libraries are using OCLC solutions—Tipasa, WorldShare ILL, WorldCat Discovery, and EZproxy—together to create a more connected, end-to-end workflow. From helping patrons discover and request materials more easily, to reducing staff intervention to save time, the panelists will talk about what they implemented, what changed, and what they recommend.

Panelists include:

  • Jill Kleven, Director of Tech Services at Pueblo City-County Library District
  • Tim Candlish, Assistant of Adult & Teen Services Assistant & Interlibrary Loan Services at Downers Grove Public Library
  • Sarah Brown, Manager of Acquisitions & Collection Development at St. Louis County Library

This session is a continuation of the ongoing Connecting the Dots webinar series.

The events in this series include topics of interest for current and future public library leaders and are designed to inform, inspire, and connect public libraries. Sessions are free and all library staff are invited to attend.
