Announcing Linked Data Webinar and Blog Series
After hosting a pre-conference session on linked data at Code4Lib, it was obvious that there is a big appetite among library developers to cultivate the skills necessary to move from talking about linked data toward putting it to work for libraries. In response, the Developer Network will be sharing blog posts and hosting practice-based webinars over the next three months to help educate those who have little or no experience working with linked data.
The first blog will be posted on April 1st, and the webinar schedule is below with the programs beginning at 1:00pm EDT US (UTC -4). At the end of the series, you will be able to query, produce and consume linked data. We hope you will join us on this three-month journey to harness the power inherent in linked data for your library.
- April 27 – Querying Linked Data with SPARQL Webinar
- May 26 – Producing Linked Data Webinar
- June 23 – Consuming Linked Data Webinar
