Lightning talk #1: A collection of collections and JavaScripting in the React Environment

Using a collection of collections in CONTENTdm allows you to add collection level data, making dynamic Google mapping, collection level subject category classification, etc. possible. I will also demonstrate how to add JavaScript programs to CONTENTdm's React environment as well as use external PHP programs to make use of this data.

Lightning talk #2: BookOps-WorldCat, a Python wrapper for WorldCat Metadata API

An introduction for catalogers and beginner Pythonistas to using the Metadata API and open source Python package BookOps-WorldCat for querying WorldCat, downloading bibliographic records and maintaining library holdings.
