EZproxy featured at Joint User Group Conference

A long-time EZproxy user, Michael Bowden, will present an informative session at the CODI/UUGI 2009 Joint Conference. Mr. Bowden is the Director, Library Central Services at the Harrisburg Area Community College in Harrisburg, Penn.

Planned for April 4-9 in Dallas, Texas, USA, the CODI/UUGI Joint Conference brings together two users groups of the SirsiDynix product lines to share experiences and ideas.

Mr. Bowden's session will show that EZproxy can be configured to meet the needs of any library. He will explore a variety of configurations that include simple authentication, how to set up groups, block IP ranges and more. The session is titled "EZproxy: To Infinity and Beyond" and will be held on Wednesday, April 8 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm in the Austin 1 conference room.

OCLC has donated a complimentary EZproxy license for one lucky session attendee.
