Access to an SMTP mail server within your local network or on the ILLiad Server itself using the server's IIS SMTP service to allow the ILLiad Client to send emails.

Client requirements—minimum

Hardware

Intel Pentium 4 2Ghz or greater processor
128 MB of RAM minimum. More RAM will increase system performance.
5GB of free hard drive space
Ethernet connectivity to the Internet/Intranet
Access to printer. Color ink jet printer highly recommended; printer should be capable of handling removable labels.
Monitor and video card capable of running a minimum display resolution of 1024x768.

Software

Windows XP Professional or Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher installed for the latest SQL Server compatibility
Microsoft Word XP/2003/2007

ILLiad Client machines typically connect to the ILLiad Server using the Client for Microsoft Networks. It is highly recommended that this client be activated on each ILLiad Client machine. While it is possible for ILLiad Client machines to connect to the server without this if necessary, this is not recommended.
