WorldShare Interlibrary Loan update

This program provided an update on functionality in the new WorldShare Interlibrary Loan service that can help you simplify delivery workflows to save staff time and increase user satisfaction. It also included a refresher on how to set up new user accounts that replace 9-digit authorizations and passwords and an overview of additional features coming to the service in the coming months.
