Please join us for a WMS Community event. During this session, the OCLC Research team and the WMS Community Leadership team will discuss emerging library models. Library leaders had to make immediate changes because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their workflows and community offerings. This session will include immediate and long-term considerations for library leaders and library staff as a result of changing practices and environments.
