Live telephone and e-mail support is available: E-mail: support@oclc.org Usage statisticsElectronic Collections Online subscribers receive two types of activity reports: session information and journal-usage information. Session information includes the number of sessions, session turnaways, and queries processed by the system. Journal usage information includes the number of abstracts and full-text articles viewed in journals that your library subscribes to. Electronic Collections Online usage reports will continue for activity through January 31, 2012. Beginning February 1, 2012, Electronic Collections Online journals will transition to archive-only access.
