The ILL community guest presenters will share their experiences and the positive impacts that new smart fulfillment capabilities have had on their ILL staff, workflows, and patrons. In addition, we’ll look to the future and OCLC’s continuing commitment to innovate and leverage the power of the world’s largest resource sharing network.
