Director of Implementation Programs
Rob Ross is the Director of Implementation Programs at OCLC. He and his team create and execute programs that ensure the successful adoption of strategic services such as OCLC WorldShare Management Services, WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat knowledge base at OCLC member libraries. Rob worked at the University of New Orleans Library and Bentley University Library before joining OCLC in 2006. Rob holds a BA in Creative Writing from Ashland University, an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of New Orleans and an MLIS from Kent State University.
Rob is currently focused on writing and presenting on the topics of library workflows, return-on-investment (ROI) and change management.
