Eric Forte, Member Services Consultant, joined OCLC in October 2010. Most recently, Eric was Associate Dean for Library Services at Boise State University, managing public services and IT and coordinating assessment activities. Eric previously served as Economics Librarian, Reference Services Coordinator, and Head of Access Services at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Eric's writings include
