All Web services that require user level authentication and the WorldCat knowledge base API will be down for updates beginning Sunday, July 27th, 2:00 am EDT. This will affect OCLC’s worldwide data centers as follows:
US & Canadian Data Centers: 27 July 02:00 Eastern (EDT)
European Data Center: 27 July 07:00 Central European (CET)
Australian Data Center: 27 July 14:00 Australian Eastern (AEDT)
We anticipate all services to be restored by 07:00 EDT / 12:00 CET / 19:00 AEDT, but may require an additional contingency until 10:00 noon EDT to complete testing.
