Description:Maandag 29 juni 2009 zal er onderhoud plaatsvinden aan de servers die gebruikt worden voor onderdelen van het GGC, NCC/IBL en gehoste LBS systemen. Dit onderhoud wordt in principe in het vermelde onderhoudsvenster uitgevoerd, maar we vragen uw begrip voor het geval dat dit eventueel uitloopt, tot uiterlijk 22.30 uur.

Monday 29 June 2009, there will be maintenance activities on the servers used for some parts of the GGC, NCC/IBL, UnityUK and hosted LBS services. In principle this maintenance will take place in the time window mentioned above, but we do ask for your understanding for the case it should take longer than expected, ultimately until 10.30 p.m. CET.

Description:In an attempt to address Lost Connection issues and occasional sluggish response time, we will bring QuestionPoint down to install some modifications.

Please be advised that the service will be unavailable from 6:00 UTC (2:00AM EDT) to approximately 7:00 UTC (3:00AM EDT) tomorrow, 2 July.

When service is restored, please check your "New" questions lists for any interrupted chat sessions or unanswered email questions. An email announcement will be sent to the QuestionPoint listserv after service has been restored.

If you experience any outage after the projected service period, please contact your Customer Service Provider for further assistance.

Standard OCLC Service Hours

OCLC Connexion (including CatExpress, WebDewey), Z39.50 Cataloging, WorldCat Selection, OCLC FirstSearch, WorldCat Resource Sharing, WorldCat Collection Analysis, and OCLC Local Holdings Maintenance are regularly available 24 hours, Monday through Sunday. OCLC occasionally conducts maintenance on these systems, which is typically completed on a Sunday from 2 am - 6 am ET. OCLC usually provides advance notice about these maintenance periods.

RLG databases are generally accessible for searching or record supply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Routine maintenance for the RLG Union Catalog is scheduled for Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 - 9:15 p.m. (21:00 - 21:15) Pacific Time (UTC-8).
