Tutorial overview

If your library has multiple OCLC symbols that do Interlibrary Loan activity with OCLC, each one of those symbols will need a new OCLC Services account (User Name and Password) and a unique custom Web address to work with WorldShare Interlibrary Loan. This video gives some tips for how to manage the accounts created for each custom Web address your various OCLC symbols will use with the new system.
