QuestionPoint Administration 1 – Start Your QuestionPoint Service
This course is the first of two courses, which provides instruction to learners on basic, but required setup so their libraries can go “live” with the QuestionPoint® virtual reference service. Learners will be able to create service web links for patron access, create librarian accounts, and customize communication parameters for patrons and staff to facilitate use of the QuestionPoint service for virtual reference.
This course is intended for learners with an Institution Administration account whose institutions are new to the QuestionPoint service. Current QuestionPoint administrators can also benefit from the class as a refresher or to fill in foundational gaps about setting up the QuestionPoint service for your institutions.
