Kerre A. Kammerer
Lead Software Engineer
Kerre joined OCLC Research in 1990 and has worked on various projects utilizing Library of Congress authority files to create and/or validate bibliographic headings. She is currently working on the Faceted Application of Subject Terminology (FAST) project to develop a new subject heading schema based on LCSH.
Kerre previously worked with the ILL research team to monitor ILL usage and analyze trends in ILL activity. She was also part of the research team that developed the algorithms used by OCLC's Authority Control Service.
Prior to transferring to OCLC Research, Kerre worked in development at OCLC as part of the CORC development team, the Arabic Cataloging development team and the Authority Control Service development team.
Kerre holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University.
