On Tuesday, 14 July 2020 OCLC held a Dewey update virtual meeting. In this session, Dewey editors Violet Fox and Alex Kyrios shared the latest news, including new classification numbers, future plans, and how you can get involved in making changes to Dewey. Community Manager Eric Childress showcased the WebDewey Community Center and Michele Zwierski, Cataloging Services Manager for the Nassau Library System and Editorial Policy Committee (EPC) Chair, discussed Dewey Decimal Classification in the context of a library system.
