Letters of Invitation, Passports and Visas

Visa requirements depend on nationality, but all foreign visitors are required to hold a valid passport. The Germany Visa Information website will help you to identify if you require a visa or not.

Participants requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Meeting are requested to ensure that they tick this box on the registration form. A letter will be sent to you and this must be submitted to the relevant embassy together with a copy of your registration confirmation. However, if this document is not suitable, please email Julie Seuront with the additional details to be added.

Please note that this procedure aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Meeting. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses, nor does it imply any financial support from the EMEA Regional Council.

Please make arrangements for your visa as soon as possible. The procedure may take longer than expected for various reasons.
