Thank you for your interest in the OCLC Online Service Center. OCLC has provided this service to make it easier for you to order products and services from OCLC as well as allowing you to manage various aspects of your personal and institution account with OCLC.
The OCLC Online Service Center is a tool that allows you to order and manage various aspects of your library’s relationship with OCLC. You can browse and purchase items in the Online Service Center with or without an account. You can purchase items as a guest using a credit card. You can also request your account be associated with your library or workplace so that you can purchase on behalf of your institution, submit and review Services Requests, review invoices and statements, and more.
To view and manage your OCLC billing information, click the Billing Information link in the "Manage my institution account" navigation section.
Click the hyperlinked account number of the account you wish to manage.
From the resulting Account Summary screen, you can edit information about (or change) the main billing contact for you institution, and change how your OCLC invoices are delivered. Click the View Invoices link to access your recent billing invoices.
From the Invoices display, you can search for a particular invoice and have options for filtering and sorting the list of invoices. Click the invoice number link to view or download a PDF of the invoice; use the Details link to view or download a PDF of the invoice details.
To view and manage your institution's contacts for your OCLC account, click the Contacts link in the "Manage my institution account" navigation section.
From the resulting Manage Contacts display, you can add a new contact, edit information about each of your contacts, or delete a contact.
To view and manage your OCLC Service Requests, click the Service Requests link in the "Manage my institution account" navigation section.
From the Service Request main page, you can submit a new request or check the status of existing requests. Note the filters available to limit your results (e.g. all requests or only requests you have made; various possible statuses). The resulting list of requests will be presented within product groupings. Click on a Service Request number to view further detail about that request.
