Online Service Center Access Levels

Three access levels are available for contacts in the OCLC Online Service Center:

  • Administrator can perform all Online Service Center activities.
  • Power User can perform all activities, except contact-related activities for contacts who have the Administrator or Power User access level. (Only an administrator can let a contact access the Online Service Center at the Administrator or Power User level.)
  • General User can only view your institution's orders, saved orders, order history, addresses, contacts, and roles and manage his or her own profile and password.

The following tables compare the access levels in more detail. They list Online Service Center activities and show which access levels may perform each one.
