OCLC partners with ROSFLO to distribute services in Latin America
OCLC is pleased to welcome ROSFLO, a leading content delivery organization based in Santiago with offices in Asuncion, as a new distributor of OCLC services in Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia.
ROSFLO specializes in providing content delivery services to academic, health, research, and corporate sectors. They are now representing OCLC for institutions interested in cataloging, resource sharing, WorldCat Discovery, FirstSearch, and EZproxy services in these countries.
OCLC and ROSFLO have worked closely together in the past on several projects and have developed a strong working relationship. This new partnership represents a significant next step forward in their relationship.
“The experienced staff at ROSFLO has earned the trust and respect of OCLC, and of libraries of all types in Latin America,” said Bruce Crocco, OCLC Vice President, Library Services for the Americas. “Libraries in this region have indicated a strong interest in OCLC services, and our collaboration with ROSFLO will help make it easier for libraries to become part of the OCLC community. We are delighted to welcome the ROSFLO staff as OCLC partners.”
The ROSFLO multidisciplinary team has been working with libraries for years in different capacities, such as IT, customer support, and sales. They also work with a variety of library service providers. Through their consulting services, ROSFLO helps libraries to find a complete solution for access and discovery of resources.
