OCLC maintains arrangements with various content providers to make their content available to the library community in Canada. While representing more than 1,300 Canadian libraries, OCLC has negotiated preferential pricing for all Canadian libraries and the groups they work with. Your library doesn't have to be an OCLC member to reap the benefits of our Cooperative Purchasing program.

Save time with centralized e-resource billing

Let OCLC take care of billing for these cooperatively purchased resources offered to Canadian libraries. We can invoice your consortia or your library directly, whatever works best for you. We'll clearly state the expected taxation, and when possible, we'll provide billing in Canadian dollars.

Get e-resources through Consortia Canada and OCLC

Through this partnership with OCLC, Consortia Canada members now have access to most of the Oxford University Press products. Please consult Consortia Canada for further details.

The Cooperative Purchasing of 3rd party services program offers Canadian libraries access to non-OCLC resources from targeted providers, such as Oxford University Press, Rock’s Backpages, and Atlas, using a discounted group model. Our cooperative is pleased to be able to play such a role for libraries across Canada.
