Julie Presas is Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary at OCLC, where she oversees the corporate legal function and provides legal support throughout the global organization. Julie also serves as Board Secretary for OCLC and advisor to company officers and trustees on matters of legal significance. She previously served as Assistant General Counsel at OCLC and General Counsel for Fiber Network Solutions, Inc., a tier one network provider in the Midwest. Julie provides pro-bono services through the Columbus Legal Aid Society. She holds an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.
