Traditional TV viewing still way ahead of Internet and mobile

With digital viewing on the rise,the video landscape is in a time of major flux. TV networks still hold most of the cards but with the emergence of new technologies and new measurement capabilities, change is on the way. According to a report by Nielsen and Simulmedia, the future of video advertising hinges largely on precision-based planning tools that help marketers reach the right consumers, not simply the most people. Impact-based rather than reach-based advertising will be a principal factor leading the convergence of TV and online. More »
