OCLC, DOGObooks partnership will help connect kids to libraries

DOGObooks will use the WorldCat Search API to create an application for its DOGObooks.com site to help kids find books through WorldCat at their local libraries.


DOGObooks provides a fun, safe and interactive environment for children to discover books and to share their reactions, thoughts and opinions about them. All book selections and reviews are moderated prior to being published.

The application deadline for the 2014 Jay Jordan IFLA/OCLC Early Career Development Fellowship Program is Friday, February 15, 2013. This program provides early career development and continuing education for library and information science professionals from countries with developing economies.
