If you have created a User Account, you can save items from your result set to an existing list or to a new list that you create at that time.
Note: You must sign in before you can save. If you are not signed in, the Sign In screen is displayed when you select the Save button. You can save your results to:
Three lists are automatically available to all users:
You can save directly to these lists without actually creating them.
To save items to a default list.
