The series of Using OCLC Connexion browser tutorials covers the various features of OCLC Connexion browser. Start with the Overview and then select the tutorials in order or select the ones you want to view.

  • Institution Records
    Institution records (IR) are linked to OCLC WorldCat master records and contain additional cataloging data. This tutorial shows how to create, edit, move, and delete institution records. It also shows how to derive IRs from bibliographic records and how to search for existing institution records.

  • SCIPIO Records
    SCIPIO: Art and Rare Book Sales Catalogs database provides bibliographic access to auction sales catalogs. This tutorial shows how to determine if a MARC record is a SCIPIO record. It also shows how to find, browser for and create SCIPIO records.
