Administrator module for first set of options

- Administrators access the local administrator module to define or change some institution settings using an admin authorization level. Currently available via the admin module include defining custom notes fields and settings related to export options such as mapping vendor- or institution-related data to fields/subfields in MARC records. (Note: other settings are defined via a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that OCLC loads into the system for you.)
