Reviewing Requests as an ILL Group Member Library in WorldShare® ILL

Tutorial overview

This video discusses the benefits of using the lightweight version of the WorldShare® ILL interface available to group member libraries, so that they may review requests prior to sending them to their ILL management center. When reviewing requests, it is always best to add any constant data and patron information, and then mark the item as Reviewed, as a signal to the ILL management center that the item is ready to be submitted to lenders.
