Lender: Using IFM

If you are unable to view the tutorial on this page, click here to view it as an MP4 format.

Tutorial overview

Using IFM as a Lender saves you from the burden of creating and processing invoices. As a Lending library, be sure to specify your preference for using IFM in the Policies Directory, Constant Data, and within the WSILL request form. If a Borrower does not indicate IFM and it is your preferred method, you have the option of responding conditionally, no, or yes (knowing that you will need to bill outside the system).
