WorldShare ILL – Borrowing

Course Overview

This course is part of a series to help transition member libraries already familiar with WorldCat Resource Sharing and its functionality to OCLC’s new WorldShare ILL service. Specifically, it will concentrate on Borrower activities that libraries need to know as they transition to, and begin to make borrowing requests in WorldShare ILL (WSILL).

This course is designed for learners already familiar with WorldCat Resource Sharing functionality and protocols. It seeks to orient libraries to the redesign of new OCLC ILL services. It is recommended for experienced ILL managers and staff.

Closed captioning is available in the US upon request with 5 business day’s notice.
